Survey Participant Gift Card Drawing

1. Eligibility:

• This drawing is open to legal residents who participate in the designated survey.
• Participants must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry to be eligible.
• Employees, agents, and representatives of Hueman People Solutions, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of drawing materials, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• The drawing entry period begins September 6th, 2023, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 30th, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

3. How to Enter:

• Complete the designated survey during the Entry Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Duplicate or multiple entries will result in disqualification.
• Incomplete or inaccurate surveys will not qualify for the drawing.

4. Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive an Amazon.com gift card valued at $250.00 in US currency.
• The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
• All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these official terms and conditions are the sole responsibility of the winner.

5. Selection of Winner

• The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
• The drawing will take place on October 11th, 2023.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification

• The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing date.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first attempt to notify them, or if they forfeit or decline the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random.

7. General Conditions:

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• Hueman People Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the drawing if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the drawing is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures, or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the drawing.
• By entering, participants release and hold harmless Hueman People Solutions, its affiliated and related companies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the drawing or receipt or use and/or misuse of the prize.

8. Privacy:

• Personal information collected from participants during the survey and drawing will be used by Hueman People Solutions for the purpose of administering the drawing and prize fulfillment.
• By participating in the drawing, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the aforementioned purposes.

9. Governing Law:

• This drawing is governed by Florida law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.
